This is what Pelosi said after meeting with Paul Ryan to discuss DACA this month:

If this McCaul bill is similar to the McCaul-Thompson bill that passed a few years ago, then there shouldn't be an issue. It was the Democrats who suggested it as a reasonable trade for the DA, so they are clearly on board.
