I purchased a new 2016 Acura ILX back in 2015 and had put in 21k miles to it. The dealer serviced the car recently and mentioned that the brakes are 3mm and 4mm and needed to be replaced. Is this normal for an Acura brand to have the brakes replaced at 20-21k? Seems odd to me, I have never abused this car whatsoever. They quoted me 750 for everything.

If not, any suggestions on how to proceed? I already emailed Acura Client Relations but they told me to work it out with the dealer. lol
