Been 10 weeks since our application was received and still have not heard anything. I have been checking case numbers that come after ours and all of them say approved yet ours is still being actively reviewed. Really hoping we did not waste more money just to be denied.
We had been denied on i485 because his mom did not file paperwork for him in a timely manner and then refused to let us go to the visa appointment in Mexico. We have spent several thousand dollars and just getting rejected around every corner, daca was our last option and now doubtful that we will get approved.
