My point is, what Obama did is not necessarily executive overreach. If it is, it is only executive overreach by a small margin. If it isn't, DAPA would be constitutional, again, by a small margin.
It's not certain what the Supreme Court will decide because of how close it is. Admittedly, odds are against us.

DAPA is much different than DACA, one huge difference is that DAPA was never implemented like DACA was.
