I'm new to this but I recently went to an auction that I frequent, and the auctioneer stated that everything they were selling was authentic, the real product. I examined The products thoroughly and they appear to be genuine and real. When I got home and open the products they were fakes. Not only did they have products claiming that they were real Estee Lauder Prada Chanel perfume's when you open the boxes, they were clearly fakes. I went back to the auction house and spoke with them regarding this they said they would make it right however they stated that the person that brought the products and to be auctioned is responsible and I need to wait until they return to their auction house for yet another option selling the same fraudulent Items.

I feel bad for the people that purchased thousands of dollars worth of these Products while I am only out $60 for three bottles. They also auctioned off purses claiming they two were original authentic real product yet they were two were fakes.

Does anyone know who I report this to since when I spoke to the auction house and said that it is illegal to sell fake products posing them as the real thing they said that they were not responsible how could that be possible when they are the ones who are realizing income from the sales?
