Hmmm good question. I guess we can delay it by couple of weeks just saying we have some plans vacation or work trip or something... as long as they allow it why not?
Edit: let’s wait and see what happens this weekend with this shot show in D.C maybe we won’t have to play waiting game with this crap. Also as a note, I think if something was to pass we wouldn’t have to file for another EAD... just wait for our GC to process as we wouldn’t expire in the waiting time..
