Someone in another thread posted his concern regarding sending the renewals. I agree with his opinion.

The higher court could then rule that permits/status granted due to the stay on the EO are invalid.

There's precedent for this - a few years ago USCIS was forced to recall some people's 3 year permits because they were granted improperly.

It's a pretty big gamble
