Right now they still can use the Cuban Adjustment Act, but they have to go through proceedings more similar to Asylum than just "Hai I'm Cuban, give I-94, kthx".

Thanks for clearing that up. Either way I’m glad it made it tougher for them to adjust just so they understand our struggles. They’ve always had it easy and once they got IN they would try to close down the door on other immigrants which I thought was very hypocritical on their side.
