We applied for it when it used to be valid, but it got denied. My main question is does he have to go to his birth country or he can go somewhere else for the adjustment of status? On the I-130 form where it says to put which country they will adjust status, it just has another that it doesn’t guarantee if other countries will accept the case. Has anyone on here gone to another country to adjust besides whatever passport they hold?
