I completely agree with you eRkah, if I may add it is advisable to send in your Removal of Conditions paperwork
within the 90 day window before the expiration of the 2 year green card. I have seen people stress that it should NOT be earlier than 90 days if not the packet will be rejected and returned for filing too early. It is safer to apply when you are sure that you have at least reached day 90 prior to the expiry.
For citizenship you can also apply within the 90 day window prior to your 3rd year anniversary of being a permanent resident. I hope this helps.
