The only problem is how you were disposed at the border. Was it expedited removal or voluntary departure? One can have many failed attempts and still adjust. Unlike what is8 claims, as long you never accumulated unlawful presence leave and come back. It still matters even if you were a minor. Before leaving, make sure you were not expedited removed. Do FOIA’s.
