That could still be voluntary departure. Do a FOIA with cbp to know for sure. Expedited removal is like a deportation. This guy had DACA, went to Juarez for an interview and got denied. That is why I want to make sure because I’d rather have DACA. Approval of 601a does not guarantee visa approval.
