There may be another budget showdown, but more likely nothing until after the Dems win the House in November or the Presidency in 2020. I am honestly hoping the SCOTUS doesn't take up the lawsuit and allows the appellate court rulings to stand. That would keep the program in place until another Democrat is elected in 2020 or at least a sane Republican like Kasich.
