I agree, this battle is stressful and Texas's lawsuit is not helping.

Mc Connell already said that he will not bring up a bill without the president and significant republican support. USA act is dead if left as is even if it passes the house. For the USA act to be considered, it will need Changes which dems are already fighting.

I really do not trust the Hard Right and Stephen Miller. If they get the leverage they want from the courts, i think they will try to force a Ultra Conservative bill that most likely wont pass. We may only see a temporary extension of daca for all of their demands.

I think our best bet, may be the new bill that ryan is trying to write up, but the scope is always increasing from Boarder Security for Daca, to Daca for Complete Immigration reform. That is the issue killing ever bill.
