J/k!... really say " Hey____, I've asked you out a few times but we've never actually had the chance to hang out, how about I take you out for ice cream (dinner... wtvr) this week"? then say "I'm really busy but I think I could fit it in my schedule" Then choose a date and pretend your writing it down so it's a done deal!

tip: take charge. don't ask "ok... but when?... ...or where?" instead say... "this day at this time seems to work for me, does that work for you?" then if it doesn't choose another until you fit!

p.s- don't worry about having asked her out 3 times, or about who she's "seeing"... be confident, and don't take this too serious, have fun, become her good friend ... and then go from there
