Biden and Beto would definitely be a good ticket but I wouldn’t say Harris has no chance. The midterms were a good indicator of what kind of candidate democrats may back for 2020. That’s not to say she’ll win the nomination for sure tho.

There’s also John Hickenlooper who has similar appeal to Biden. From what I’ve seen, he’s trying to run a positive campaign about finding solutions and working together.
