Even if you thought it was expiring the 30th, you have to submit the I-751 90 days before your expiration date, why are you barely getting around to it
Going by the instructions, you no longer have permanent residency, although you are able to file it after your expiration date IF the late filing wasn't your fault, it was due to unforeseen circumstances and within a reasonable time frame. You have to write a letter explaining and send it with your application.
