My sister and I who got our payments have W-2 and my mom who got similar message on the IRS website filed as self employed.
We use the same accountant and we all filed 2018 but not 2019... trying to figure out what went wrong with my moms.

I have a W-2. From talking to a few people that haven’t received it, we have in common that we haven’t filed taxes for 2019.
