I checked the FAQ on the IRS website and they state that they wouldn't deposit the money to the account that you used if you paid taxes, only on the account that you used if you were issued a refund, not sure why.

Thanks, well I believe it's up for a wait now.
I can't believe I'm not seeing more of these because there are still a million or so people who have not received any help. I'm not begging, but since then we're all on lockdown it would help.
Do you have the link from the IRS page where you actually contacted them and confirmed with you? I'm trying to look for the similar thing you've mentioned but I can't find anything.
