My renewal was approved at the beginning of the month and my case status changed to "Card is being produced". However, the card has been in that state for last 3 weeks. Have anyone seen this before? When I call, they only give the generic answer that the card is being produced, but I'm submitting a congressional inquiry and ombudsman request.
