There's a ton of Atlanta area vote left, and it thinks anything is possible given the long history of 'anything' happening. And there were huge sources of uncertainty at the beginning of the night (650 or 1.3 million eday votes!). But they're just not there anymore

Now that doesn't mean the race is so over that you could call it, particularly in the Ossoff-Perdue race. It's not 99% Ossoff. But it's not 62% either
