I don't make a huge amount, roughly only 55k a year, I inherited a property and now my asset would be high as 400k. Basically, I am now worried if this would prevent me from getting renewal since, they see a high asset with low cost of living expense. Since I will be living in the property, I now only have measly $500 hoa fee, few bills and card payment.

I am pretty sure lot of people here make much more, so I wanted to hear if anyone else got approved with high asset.
