So I got the notification letters today. In the past, they usually send 2 letters, 1 for EAD and 1 for Deferred Action. I received 3 letters instead - 1 for EAD, 1 for DA, and 1 letter stating that they will not be doing biometrics and will be re-using my previous biometrics for this application.

So there's your answer. At least for me, no biometrics this time around.
