Completely agree. My manager probably knows although I doubt it from our conversations in syncs go. But yea, never know your coworkers know. Because, why? But HR. You can’t get around that. They’ll know. They know the moment they hire you because you need to give them your EAD. And explain to them that you don’t need sponsorship. Plus the EAD has the category c33 on it. They know.
