We are not getting 10 Republicans to vote for DACA relief legislation, let alone the DA.

For those not following along well:
-As a standalone bill/piece of legislation, this needs a super majority to pass in the senate, which means 60 votes, which means we would need 10 R votes, assuming all non-Rs would vote for it.
-If the legislation is attached to the federal spending package, only a simple majority is needed for it to pass (51 votes). In the event of a tie (only 50 votes), then the VP (Harralis) casts the tie breaking vote.
