Math is there in terms of vote. Between retiring senators and few anti-Maga (including newly relected Lisa Murkowski), we are covered.
The main issue is
last minute shenanigans like Tillis saying he prefers a standalone bill instead of attaching to omnibus, or language is not ready on time. Time is the issue here. If they bring it to the floor, it will pass.
