There is a provision to BAR all TPS recipients from getting green cards in Tillis/Sinema - would be interesting to see the details on it. Is it really blanket bar for TPS recipients?

Selfishly, I would like Dreamers to get green cards at whatever the cost, but I can see how democrats in the house will balk at this and create an issue. Nobody is asking Tillis-Sinema to grant pathway to citizenship for TPS, but to actively bar them from getting it in future is weird.
