(#2) Duckworth (D-IL) - Allowing certain aliens to enlist in the Armed Forces and protection from removal based on service

(#3) Duckworth (D-IL) - Allowing certain aliens with veteran status to parole to receive VA healthcare

(#4) Duckworth (D-IL) - creating new visa for aliens with veteran status to return

(#7) Blackburn (R-TN) - Complete text: “To strike the section authorizing State attorneys general to sue Federal immigration authorities for alleged violations of statutory detention and removal requirements, improperly releasing dangerous aliens, or failing to discontinue granting visas to nationals of countries unwilling to accept nationals deported by the United States.”

(#9) Shaheen (D-NH) - To increase the amount appropriated to disrupt criminal activity at the border.

(#10) Shaheen (D-NH) - To appropriate $1,000,000,000 for border security assets along the northern border.

(#11) Shaheen (D-NH) - To appropriate $100,000,000 for “Operation Stonegarden”

(#12) Shaheen (D-NH) - To require border security technology to be piloted, tested, and deployed along the United States borders.

(#16) Cruz (R-TX) - Unlawfully present aliens may only be released from detention if no detention options exist and ALL must be continuously monitored via GPS throughout their immigration proceedings under the ATD program.

(#1 King (I-ME) - Gives exclusive discretion to the US Secretary of State to sanction non-cooperative countries that refuse or delay repatriation of nationals and (2) requires him to discontinue granting immigrant or nonimmigrant visas to citizens, etc. of that country.

(#3 Shaheen (D-NH) - Accelerates the timeline for applications to install communications equipment on certain U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) property.

(#39) Shaheen (D-NH) - Expands mandatory detention for migrants who fail to appear for hearings related to charges for any offenses that trigger 8 U.S.C. 1226(c)) mandatory detention.

(#42) Marshall (R-KS) - Creates DHS office to support victims of crimes by unlawful aliens, provides grants for "angel families," and requires annual reports on the impact of these crimes.

(#43) Marshall (R-KS) - Expands grounds for aliens convicted of sex offenses, domestic violence, stalking, child abuse, or violations of protection orders to be deemed inadmissible or deportable from the U.S.

(#44) Cortez Masto (D-NV) - Creates “Joint Operations Centers” along the southern U.S. border to enhance coordination between federal, state, local, and tribal law enforcement agencies for border security and criminal activities.

(#45) Cortez Masto (D-NV) - Requires a plan to deploy innovative technologies to improve border security and CBP operations.
