I gamble in the stock market. It's going pretty well for me. All this negativity and stagnation is profits. -2% -3% I just see upsides.

The most insane part is dividends. Profit from having stocks. They give me quite a bit of free stocks because it's reinvested. It's so degenerate. Quite literally sapping life from the underlying investment.

A company should set its employees up well first. For they are the company and the profits come from that. Happy employees will go the extra mile. Extra profits. Maybe also ban private equity. They just leech the value from somewhere saddle it with debt and run away from their disaster.
