You clearly don't understand how AP works and keep spreading fear and misinformation based on rumors, like this is some kind of high school gossip fest.
You insist that AP is no longer meant for legal entry, when it never was in the first place. Advance parole does not automatically grant legal entry into the United States.
It simply allows certain noncitizens to return to the U.S. while their immigration status is pending. However, there is no guarantee that they will be allowed back in. The final decision lies with CBP officers at the port of entry.
How difficult is it for you to grasp this concept? This has always been the case, nothing has changed.
