Also, if you think that he was going to get deported either way, humor us. What harm is there in giving this man his due process if you believe the same thing is going to happen?

But as it happens, this man had a stay of removal and an explicit decision by a judge to NOT get deported in El Salvador.

More importantly there was no judicial decision to send him to a high security prison in a foreign country for a sentence of indeterminate time! This by itself goes against any concept of justice or fairness anywhere throughout human history!
