I have a masters from a top 10 uni. Though nowadays, degrees aren't the path to success like they used to be and this was true 10-15 and even 20 years ago. The weird thing about not wanting to grant in-state tuition is that they want to reserve college class seating for citizens, but in some of my advanced computing classes there were only 3 people and two of us were immigrant.

Weirdly, in my first programming class there was no seating available but by mid terms the room was half empty. Same in my masters program, handful of citizens and mainly chinese and indians. I don't think there is any truth to the limited seating theory.

Imagine if they make it so only the successful DACAs get greened lol. Nah, they should help everyone who behaves.
