let me add that i don't believe those changes alone would be enough to get the needed support. we'd either need to have some more drastic changes that most of us would not like. And/or we need to do something outside of amending the bill in order to get support some other way. I'm not sure what those ways are, but I do know that we have a lot of work to do to get dream passed.
