Even though it's aimed at Latino students, most of scholarships accept everyone. Most importantly they say if you have to be a citizen or not to apply. Most are looking for people who persevered despite the odds. You fall under that category.

also, if you are still in high school... i would encourage you to look through your senior letters because most of the scholarships offered through your school are private and there is a greater chance they wont be as picky as the other ones (as far as requiring a ssn)
So far the first website link looks useful to me, there is also a way to separate the scholarships by categories.
I received this packet from my counselor..she had sorted it out by requirement of citizenship status. Thanks for the links!
