Huckabee will not come outright and say that he supports the DREAM Act or giving legalization to college educated students. His support is proven by his plan to provide more visas for highly skilled and highly educated immigrants. And he supports the basic premise of the DREAM Act, which means he is amenable to children who grew up here and have been educated here their whole lives.
