Huckabee will not come outright and say that he supports the DREAM Act or giving legalization to college educated students. His support is proven by his plan to provide more visas for highly skilled and highly educated immigrants. And he supports the basic premise of the DREAM Act, which means he is amenable to children who grew up here and have been educated here their whole lives.

Good for you, you are an educated illegal immigrant, but guess what............you're still illegal............I do not share your opinion........my mother and father are not educated, but they deserve a chance too. Those cherry growers, apple pickers and drywall laborers as you call them are human too, did you forget that? They deserve a chance too..........Have you ever thought that those uneducated illegal immigrants have children that are now educated and skilled as you and I? Do you know why..........because those "cherry pickers" brought them here for a better life. Thank God for that! |
I think it's high time that certain dreamies here acknowledge the importance and worth of ALL individuals regardless of their education. Before we pass comments on those cherry pickers or those day labourers, we must stop to think that they may not have had the same opportunities we have been blessed to have. Certain people in this group should not single out others from us JUST BECAUSE WE WENT TO SCHOOL. An education means NOTHING if you cannot use it for the advancement and welfare of ALL. WE ARE ALL HUMANS FIRST. SO STOP FINDING AN EXCUSE TO DIVIDE!!!!!!!!!
