I-601 waiver not worth mentioning? Not true!
As far as Mexico goes, the only people who get denied in CDJ are those who hired crappy lawyers or went down there having no clue what a HSL or what a waiver was.. anyone who knows what they are doing can get approved.. the biggest obstacle is time.. On our forum we have around a 90% approval rate for Mexico.. and those who are denied can request a new appointment in a few months. It is a crappy option yes, for other reasons like money, time, having to leave the country, stress, etc. but it is possible to get approved, and it's the ONLY option for most of us. I am not sure about the other countries but by no means is it something that is "not worth mentioning" .. Thousands of people need this option and don't know it exists and that's really sad ..

To anyone who needs a good lawyer for the waiver I must reccomend Laurel Scott. www.visacentral.net .. She has a 100% approval in CDJ and I am not sure about other countries but I am sure extremely high.
