Need a bit of help renewing my DACA. on the forms stuff that does not apply to us do we put n/a Or just leave blank. For instance on page 4 on Form I -821D when it asks about initial request and military service do I put n/a ( including the dates it asks)?
What about on page 6 on I -821when it asks about the preperors info do I just leaven blank?

On FORM I-765 work permit
I page 3 question 27. I know the category is c 33 but since it's 3 spaces do we put [ C ] [ 33 ] [ ] OR [ ] [ C ] [ 33 ]

On page 3 questions 31.a I put n/a since it does not apply to me. The next question down 31. b it asks if I have ever been arrested with regards to question 31.a. Do I don't answer it since it does not apply to me. Or do I put no?
