If I sent in my renewal packet 1/18 via UPS Priority, and then UPS sent me an email saying they've received it at 1/22, yet zero word from USCIS via email/mail/text even to today. Yes, I've checked my USCIS accounts.

When is the point I should take action? Everyone here are getting receipts after 3~4 days at latest, yet it's almost been 2 weeks for me. Should I send in another packet? I'm really lost on what to do, any help would be appreciated.
