As far as I am aware CIC does not check for one's legal status in a country when providing points for work experience. This could change, but I have never heard of points being denied due to lack of status.

They do however ask your status in the country you are currently residing if not ur country of nationality.
It's in the personal info section of the forms. You need to provide history since u turned 18 or last 10 yrs whichever is shorter.

Need to be honest. Being on Daca here does not matter.
