I've been hearing a lot of speculations that the process may take up until January or February of 2013...but don't quote me on it.

What I think though, is that each and every case will have a different process time because of the evidence submitted at the time of application. If one meets all the guidelines and is 100% eligible, then we can assume that the process may take 60-90 days. So I think it really depends on each individual's case.
