I've seen some Senators suggest the President might do so but the reality is would he?

I can only say the President has been known to issue an EO if legislative efforts have failed in the past.....but I think any concerning potential immigration benefits would have to be done much more cautiously.

The problem that I've been trying to warn about is Boehner currently has too much power over this particular issue.
