Wow we have the exact same timeline or pretty much. They received mine on June 6 and my work permit expires on sep. 25. I got my biometricts taken this past tuesday sep. 13. The next day my status said that my 821d was approved and yesterday that my card was being produced on the 16th. So it took over 3 months to get my biometricts taken but the same week everything has been approved.
