First, I would like to sincerely thank our wonderful team of moderators. I wouldn't be able to keep DAP going without their help, and we all wouldn't have this space to find each other.

Swim, bucky, fresh, we love you. =) We may seem like an ungrateful bunch sometimes, but I, for one, am eternally grateful for all the time and energy that you have invested to make this place possible. From the bottom of my heart, thank you!

We all need to remember: behind each username is a real person with a story just as incredible as your own.

Our stories and our experiences unite us, mutual respect empowers us. As moderators, we never hesitate to enforce this principle. As a community we must not ignore violations of this principle, to react appropriately, not by replying, but by reporting.

On to business, our A-Team of moderators need help.

Juan (Abaddon) has volunteered to help out the moderating team while we go through this process. As most of you know, Juan has been an integral part of the DAP team since day one.

We will use the same process as we did the last time:

* You, the community, nominate potential candidates.
* We consider all nominees.
* We select one or two people from these nominees.
* We send out PM's asking if they would like to join the team.

This way you all get a say in the process and we can make sure that the person is right for us.
