I crossed "the fence" when i came to the us, no visa.
what should i put down ????

on the other form i put "entry without inspection"

Question 15: Current immigration status:
In the instructions it says to put Unlawful Status: Deferred Action by Ice (or close to it) would Unlawful Status: DACA be okay???


QUESTION 2: On form i-765 WORKSHEET

I am currently in school (college), so my expenses i would say are: tuition,gas, phone bill, &books.... I have no job, but do get money/allowance from my parents on a regular basis, they're the ones that pay for everything also, i have no actual assets, except the laptop, tv/home theatre system i own, and maybe a couple hundred dollars in jewlery, i also have about 4,000 in the bank only because i recently sold my car which was essentially my parents car but given to me, which i then sold, would the money in the bank for the car and the few things i own count as assets?????? and i should put the expenses i have under "expenses" even though i dont pay for them myself????


ANY ANSWERS/ INSIGHT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED !!!
