I'm not sure why you would need a drivers license to buy a used car from a private party?? I have sold 3 cars on craigslist before. Not once was anything about a drivers license mentioned. Pink Slip is the title of a car. The legal Document. Here in CA it looks like a Birth Certificate for a car. Never keep it in your car.
