The interview only focuses on your qualifications for the work and your experience. They are not allowed to ask you about your citizenship it's against the law unless the position requires you to be one.

It's only after that you're hired that they will ask you to bring documents for your employer to fill out the form I-9 (it's on the USCIS website if you want to see). Again, you will bring your EAD and Social. They will fill it out. And, legally, once they hired you they can ask to see your EAD again when the expiration date approaches.
