My uncle also got pulled over not too long ago, and I think he just got a ticket, no court.
I do know of a guy that got deported when he was caught without a DL, but he's back now. heh. I'm sure he's driving, too.
Yeah, I heard about that, too, maybe it's the same one? I think it was in Sebastian.. I'm not sure, but it was right off I-95, on the exit, I believe.

Miami, about 155 miles south of sebastian from what I see on google maps.
I think this one took place on the streets of miami, I have also seen them stopping cars at random on my way to school about once or twice per week (fortunately I took the school bus, but once my dad had to drop me and it was a bit scary, we were lucky they were apparently too busy and let several cars go without completing the check.)
