The quick turnaround to Bios had me feeling good but I have not heard anything yet. I thought my case would be rather simply. Came on valid H1b visa, company's lawyers messed up i485 and so we cancelled that case years ago i.e. no pending case. Been here since I was 5, high school graduate, currently in last year at a four year university with 4.00 GPA, never used fake SSN to work or anything like that. Despite this, nothing from USCIS and wanted to hear from others about what might be wrong with my application or why Texas is taking so long.
Thanks!

My case is in Nebraska and it has already been six months since I heard anything. Like you my bio-metrics were promptly schedule in Mid-February (I applied in Mid-January). However, my case is stuck on initial review. Just did my first e-request so I hope I get good news. Like you I'm in my last year at college and have a job that is supposed to start in January, so hopefully everything its settled by then.
I will pray for those of us waiting for our DACA approvals and work permits. But we need to have faith in God! He knows what is right for us and He will give us everything we need. Just like he gave you a job opportunity, he will bring you that permit when you least expected. Blessing sent your way!
