Now I really don't think that whole issue would come up with your AP app because looks like you got forgiven by that when they decided to grant you DACA. DACA makes you fully eligible for AP there's no ifs or buts but don't get in trouble with the law right now. That's my logical thinking anyway. Wait for additional replies.
